Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on orders over 150$.
Shipping cost is calculated at the check out based on size and weight.
Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days.
Orders can not be canceled once the checkout process is completed.
Orders can not be altered once the checkout process is completed.\
We are not responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Orders are only shipped on business days.
Shipping is available in the United States only.
Return Policy
Email us at nailshopcosales@gmail.com to request your return. Only regular priced products are available for return. Sale items can not be returned. Within 10 days of receiving your order you must begin your return request process in order to be eligible for a refund. Return requests made more than 10 days after the products have been delivered are NOT eligible for a refund. The products must be unused and in original condition when you received them. There will be no refund for any product that has been opened or used in any way. The buyer must pay for a return unless specified otherwise by the Nail Shop Co representative.
Refund Policy
Unopened, undamaged goods are eligible for a 100% refund (minus cost of shipping) if return is processed within 10 days of items being delivered. Buyer is responsible for the price of the shipping back to Nail Shop Co. We take 1-2 business days to inspect returned items. Once returned items are received/inspected by us - we will notify you if your return is accepted/rejected. Refund will be issued within 3 business days after evaluation.
Damaged Good Policy
If purchased items arrive damaged, please email us at nailshopcosales@gmail.com immediately to open a damage claim. Damage cases will be reviewed and resolved on a case by case basis.
Exchange Policy
Nail Shop Co does not offer exchanges.
